Freedom from OCD and Anxiety Starts Here.
Personalized and Research-Backed Therapy for Keiki, Teens & Adults in Hawai’i, available in-person on O’ahu and online for our neighbor islands.
Hi, I’m Christine!
Living with OCD or anxiety can feel overwhelming and isolating – but you don’t have to face it alone. I’m a licensed clinical psychologist based in Hawai’i and I specialize in helping individuals and families break free from the cycles of worry, fear, and compulsions using evidenced-based, compassionate care. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your child, you’re in the right place.
I help individuals and families break free from the grip of OCD and anxiety using effective, evidence-based approaches like ERP, CBT, and ACT – all grounded in culturally mindful care and island-based support. Whether you’re on O’ahu or our neighbor islands, I offer targeted treatment for OCD and anxiety that goes beyond talk therapy – designed to help you or your loved one find lasting relief.
What I Offer
-
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is the gold standard for OCD treatment. I offer structured, supportive care tailored to each person’s needs.
-
Generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks, school avoidance. I help keiki, teens, and adults build tools that work.
-
I provide specialized treatment for hair pulling (trichotillomania), skin picking (excoriation), and related behaviors, using science-based approaches like Habit Reversal Training (HRT) and ComB.
-
I offer supportive, judgement-free therapy to help individuals manage clutter, reduce distress, and make sustainable changes. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral strategies with motivational support and skill-building.
-
I offer secure online sessions throughout our neighbor islands as well as in-person sessions on O’ahu.
-
Parenting a child with anxiety, OCD or BFRB related behaviors can be incredibly challenging. I offer guidance, support, and skills that empower families.
